Other Auralis apps, including Orbit, Nova, Nyro, or future products, may have separate terms, privacy notices, disclaimers, feature rules, or subscription conditions.
Where Anchor connects, syncs, shares insights with, or receives information from another Auralis product in the future, that connection may be subject to additional consent, privacy controls, feature rules, and product-specific terms.

5. Medical and mental health disclaimer
Anchor is not a medical device, health practitioner, hospital, clinic, crisis service, suicide prevention service, emergency response service, therapy service, counselling service, diagnostic tool, or treatment provider.
Anchor does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, counselling, clinical assessment, medication advice, crisis intervention, or emergency support.
Any information, prompts, reports, AI Output, summaries, pattern reflections, or insights provided through Anchor are for general self-reflection, personal awareness, and informational support only.
You must not rely on Anchor as a substitute for seeking advice from a qualified doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, therapist, pharmacist, emergency service, or other appropriate professional.
You are responsible for decisions you make based on information in Anchor. This includes decisions about your health, safety, medication, relationships, finances, work, treatment, or crisis response.
Do not start, stop, increase, decrease, or otherwise change any medication, treatment, therapy, or safety plan based on Anchor without speaking to an appropriate qualified professional.

Anchor may use artificial intelligence, automation, rules-based logic, pattern detection, or related technology to generate insights, summaries, reports, prompts, recommendations, or reflections.
AI Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, outdated, misleading, repetitive, unsuitable for your circumstances, or affected by the information you choose to enter into Anchor.
AI Output is not medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, counselling, crisis support, or professional opinion.
You should review AI Output carefully before relying on it, saving it, exporting it, sharing it with another person, or providing it to a health professional.
Auralis Systems does not guarantee that AI Output will identify every risk, pattern, trigger, escalation, symptom, crisis indicator, medication issue, relationship issue, or safety concern.
Doctor reports, summaries, exports, and pattern reports generated by Anchor are based on information available inside Anchor. They are not a complete medical record and should be reviewed by you before sharing.
8. Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Anchor account or use Anchor unless Auralis Systems expressly allows otherwise and, where required, parent or guardian consent has been obtained.
When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your email address and any other information reasonably required for account access, support, billing, security, or legal compliance.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You must not share your account, password, or account access with any other person.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, except to the extent caused by Auralis Systems' breach of law or negligence.
If you become aware of unauthorised access, suspected account compromise, or a security issue affecting your account, you should contact Auralis Systems as soon as reasonably possible at contact@anchor-mentalhealth.com.

- •Share, publish, or represent Anchor AI Output as professional medical, legal, financial, clinical, or emergency advice;
- •Use Anchor in a way that could overload, damage, disrupt, or compromise the Services; or

10. User Content and personal entries
You retain ownership of User Content you enter into Anchor.
By entering User Content into Anchor, you grant Auralis Systems a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, analyse, summarise, generate outputs from, and otherwise use that User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, supporting, securing, and providing Anchor and related Auralis Systems services.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of User Content you enter into Anchor.
You should not enter information about another person unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate consent to do so.
Anchor may generate reports, summaries, or exports from your User Content. You are responsible for reviewing those outputs before relying on them or sharing them with another person, clinician, support person, employer, insurer, legal representative, or service provider.
You should keep your own backup or export of important information where needed. Auralis Systems does not guarantee that Anchor will operate as your only or permanent record storage system.
11. Support contacts and external services
Anchor may allow you to store support contacts, helpline details, emergency information, or links to external services.
You are responsible for ensuring any support contact details you enter are accurate and that you have any necessary consent to store or use those details.
Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, Anchor does not automatically contact support contacts, clinicians, emergency services, crisis services, or third parties on your behalf.
External helplines, emergency services, crisis services, websites, app stores, payment providers, AI providers, infrastructure providers, and other third-party services are not controlled by Auralis Systems. Their availability, response times, advice, privacy practices, and service quality are their own responsibility.
12. Privacy and data handling
Your access to and use of Anchor is also governed by the Anchor Privacy Policy, available through Anchor and at https://anchor-mentalhealth.com/privacy-policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information Anchor collects, how it is used, how it may be stored, when it may be disclosed, and what choices or rights you may have regarding your information.
Anchor may process personal information and sensitive information, including health-related information, depending on what you choose to enter.
Auralis Systems may use third-party providers to operate Anchor, including hosting, backend, database, authentication, analytics, payment, app store, AI, email, security, or infrastructure providers. These may include providers such as Base44, Supabase, Stripe, Google Play, Apple App Store, and other service providers used from time to time.
Auralis Systems will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy about the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy applies to the extent of that inconsistency.
13. Paid Services, subscriptions, payments, and refunds
Anchor may offer free features, Paid Services, subscriptions, premium tools, paid reports, paid exports, or other paid digital services from time to time.
Where Paid Services are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation rules will be shown at or before purchase where required.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, app stores, or platforms, including Stripe, Google Play, Apple App Store, or other providers used by Auralis Systems.
By purchasing Paid Services through a third-party provider, you may also be bound by that provider's terms, privacy policy, refund policy, billing rules, subscription rules, and cancellation process.
You are responsible for managing and cancelling subscriptions through the platform, app store, payment provider, or account area through which the subscription was purchased, unless Anchor expressly provides a different cancellation method.
Auralis Systems does not guarantee refunds for change of mind, unused access, failure to cancel, or partial billing periods except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. Availability, updates, and technical requirements
Anchor is provided digitally through the Anchor app, website, or other digital platforms. You are responsible for having a compatible device, operating system, browser, internet connection, app version, and any other technical requirements needed to access Anchor.
Auralis Systems may update, modify, suspend, restrict, replace, remove, or discontinue any part of Anchor at any time, including features, tools, content, AI systems, reports, paid features, design, availability, or supported platforms.
Anchor may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or affected by maintenance, outages, internet issues, third-party provider issues, data sync issues, device issues, app store issues, payment provider issues, or circumstances beyond Auralis Systems' reasonable control.
Auralis Systems does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent storage, immediate syncing, or complete accuracy of any feature, output, report, notification, reminder, log, or insight.
15. Notifications, reminders, and safety prompts
Anchor may provide notifications, reminders, alerts, prompts, or suggested actions. These are optional support features and are not emergency alerts, clinical monitoring, medical advice, or safety guarantees.
Auralis Systems does not guarantee that notifications, reminders, alerts, or prompts will be delivered, delivered on time, seen by you, technically reliable, clinically appropriate, or suitable for your circumstances.
You must not rely on Anchor notifications, reminders, or alerts as your only medication reminder, safety plan, crisis plan, appointment reminder, treatment instruction, or emergency support system.
16. Intellectual property
Anchor, the Anchor name, Auralis Systems, the Auralis ecosystem, logos, branding, page designs, user interface elements, written content, prompts, insight structures, reports, software, databases, graphics, icons, code, systems, workflows, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Auralis Systems unless otherwise stated.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Auralis Systems grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Anchor for your own personal use.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, sell, rent, licence, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, mirror, frame, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Anchor or any part of Anchor without written permission from Auralis Systems, except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Auralis Systems' intellectual property to you.
17. Competitors and commercial use
If you operate, develop, advise on, invest in, or are otherwise involved with a competing app, platform, product, website, digital service, mental health tool, journalling tool, AI insight tool, behavioural pattern tool, or related commercial service, you must not use Anchor to copy, benchmark, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, or replicate any part of Anchor without written permission from Auralis Systems.
Unauthorised commercial use of Anchor may result in suspension, termination, legal action, and recovery of losses to the extent permitted by law.
18. Consumer guarantees and warranty limits
Certain rights, guarantees, warranties, and remedies may apply under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, guarantee, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

23. Changes to these Terms
Auralis Systems may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Anchor, the Auralis ecosystem, legal requirements, security requirements, operational needs, paid services, or business practices.
When these Terms are updated, Auralis Systems will take reasonable steps to make the updated Terms available through Anchor, the website, email, app notice, consent screen, or another reasonable method.
Auralis Systems may require you to accept updated Terms before continuing to use Anchor.

If you access Anchor from outside Australia, you are responsible for ensuring that your access and use comply with the laws that apply to you.
Crisis numbers, emergency information, legal references, consumer rights references, and support information inside Anchor may be Australian-specific and may not apply outside Australia.
26. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or Anchor, either party must first give the other party written notice explaining the nature of the dispute, the desired outcome, and the action requested to resolve it.
The parties must then use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute in good faith within 28 days after the notice is received.
If the dispute is not resolved within 28 days, the parties may agree to mediation. If the parties cannot agree on a mediator, either party may request that a mediator be appointed by the President of the Resolution Institute or their nominee.
Unless otherwise agreed, mediation will take place in Perth, Western Australia. Each party must pay its own costs of mediation and share the mediator's fees equally, unless otherwise agreed or ordered.
